Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.
3. Products and Purchases
We provide a platform for buying and selling bulk "dead stock". We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.
Payments
All payments are processed through Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. By making a purchase, you agree to abide by Razorpay's terms of service. We are not responsible for any issues arising from the payment process handled by Razorpay. All prices are subject to change without notice.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Lotwaala and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both India and foreign countries.
5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited under this clause. You agree not to use the Service in any way that could damage the Service, the business of Lotwaala, or any person.
- Harassing, abusing, or threatening others or otherwise violating any person's legal rights.
- Violating any intellectual property rights of Lotwaala or any third party.
- Uploading or otherwise disseminating any computer viruses or other software that may damage the property of another.
- Engaging in any fraudulent activity.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Lotwaala, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
